The Constitutional Court, chaired by Arman Dilanyan, has just ruled to consider the results of the 2021 early parliamentary elections valid. The decision is final and enters into force from the moment of its publication.
It should be recalled that four political forces were contesting the election results. The Constitutional Court had decided to consolidate the applications of the “Hayastan” and “I Have Honor” alliances, and the “Zartonk” and “Hayots Hayrenik” parties regarding the contestation of the election results, as the applications pertained to the same issue.
