Units of the Artsakh Defense Army are fighting heavy battles in the southern direction, in the Ishkhanadzor section. Artsakh President’s press secretary Vahram Poghosyan said this in an interview with Armenpress.
“The Defense Army is fighting very heavy battles against the Azerbaijani forces in that section today,” Poghosyan said.
The Artsakh president’s press secretary noted that in the northern section of Artsakh, the enemy has not been able to advance even one centimeter; on the contrary, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have suffered quite heavy losses in manpower and military equipment.
“In reality, we are living through a decisive period, and my call and exhortation to our people is to overcome this important trial together. Today, what we need first and foremost is everyone’s participation and a sense of responsibility,” Poghosyan concluded.
