RA Defense Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan has made a post on her Facebook page about the heroic deeds of servicemen.
The post specifically states:
“Our anti-tank units have also distinguished themselves on the battlefield with their skill and determination to achieve victory.
Thus, the anti-tank battery of military unit N, under conditions of a large-scale enemy attack, fierce battles and artillery shelling, skillfully organizing safe movements and positioning, destroyed numerous enemy armored vehicles and manpower, enabling our units to carry out their combat missions.
In particular:
The commander of the anti-tank platoon, Senior Lieutenant Sargis Noriki Grigoryan, destroyed 1 enemy command post and hit 1 artillery piece.
The senior operator of the anti-tank battery, Junior Sergeant Armen Stepani Simonyan, hit 1 helicopter and 1 ‘URAL’ vehicle with its crew.
The senior operator of the anti-tank battery, Senior Sergeant Simon Hovhannesi Toroyan, hit 2 artillery pieces, 1 IFV, and 1 ‘URAL’ vehicle with its crew.
The senior operator of the anti-tank battery, Senior Sergeant Garegin Norayri Torosyan, hit 6 artillery pieces, 1 TOS-1 flamethrower, 1 ‘URAL’ vehicle with its crew, and 4 shelters.
The senior operator of the anti-tank battery, Private Levon Arturi Melkonyan, hit 1 ‘URAL’ vehicle with its crew and destroyed 2 tents, each containing about 25 servicemen.
The vehicle commander-operator of the anti-tank battery, Senior Sergeant Misak Hamleti Petrosyan, hit 1 enemy artillery piece”:
