The delegation headed by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, is to be sent on a working visit to Washington from 15-20 January. The corresponding order of the National Assembly President has been published on the parliament’s official website.
According to the order, the delegation includes the head of the “Civil Contract” faction Hayk Konjoryan, deputy Maria Karapetyan, the head of the “I Have Honor” faction Artur Vanetsyan, and a group of staff members from the National Assembly apparatus.
-Let us recall that, according to another order by National Assembly President Alen Simonyan, from 17-20 January the duties of the National Assembly President will be temporarily performed by the Deputy President of the National Assembly, Hagop Arshakyan.
