On October 8, RA Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan received diaspora Armenian benefactors at the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense, who donated a batch of light all-terrain vehicles to the defense department, as well as to the ministries of emergency situations and environment.
Welcoming the guests, Arshak Karapetyan assured that although maximum efforts are being made to equip the armed forces with necessary vehicles as soon as possible, such demonstrations of readiness to support the cause of defending the Homeland are welcome and, at the same time, strengthen the army-society bond.
For their continued support to the armed forces, by order of the Minister of Defense, the diaspora Armenian benefactors were awarded the “For Military Cooperation” medal.
