The Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia is launching the acceptance of applications for the “I Gorts” 2023 program, which gives diaspora Armenian specialists the opportunity to work for one year in more than 20 bodies of Armenia’s state administration. Diaspora Armenian specialists who hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of work experience, or a Master’s degree (or equivalent or higher) and 3 years of professional work experience may apply to the program.
Applications for 2023 are accepted until April 5 in Armenian, English and Russian. Specialists who successfully pass the final stage of interviews will begin work in the respective departments on September 1 of this year.
Selected participants will be provided with a travel ticket (to Armenia and back), a living allowance of 336,000 AMD per month during the program, health insurance, and the fee for the provision of one-year residence status.

The “I Gorts” program is being implemented for the 4th time. It is the first program in the history of the Republic of Armenia within the framework of which diaspora Armenian specialists are invited at the state level to work in the RA government and other departments.
Within the framework of the program, 150 diaspora Armenian specialists have already started working in the departments of Armenia and Artsakh. After the end of the program, more than 60 percent of them have taken up permanent employment in Armenia, including occupying high-ranking positions.
