Disabled Boy Killed in Hadrut Had Raised His Hand as a Sign of Being Unarmed; They Shot at His Hand: Artsakh Ombudsman

Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan has published on his Twitter page photos of the disabled boy killed by Azerbaijanis in Hadrut. He noted that “the members of the infiltration group shot even at the boy’s open palm, which he had presumably raised to show that he was unarmed in his home,” Beglaryan wrote alongside the photos.
