Enemy targets hospital located in the northeastern direction; Shushan Stepanyan

The enemy, continuing to violate the humanitarian ceasefire, has this time targeted one of the hospitals located in the northeastern direction, where civilians are also receiving treatment; this was reported by the spokesperson of the RA Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan. “The aforementioned is a gross violation of the standards and principles of international humanitarian law and customary law, according to which it is prohibited to target hospitals and places where the wounded are kept. This is already an obvious war crime, the full responsibility for the consequences of which falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.”
