EU Fully Supports the Normalization Process of Relations Between Armenia and Turkey: Toivo Klaar

The European Union fully supports the normalization process of relations between Armenia and Turkey. The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, made a statement to this effect on his Twitter page. Referring to the meeting held on March 12 between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, he wrote: “The meeting between Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Ararat Mirzoyan on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum is promising. The European Union fully supports the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia,” Klaar wrote.
