Evacuation Carried Out from the “Tatev” Aerial Tramway

Due to an electrical failure on the “Tatev” aerial tramway, several dozen citizens remained stranded in the tramway’s cabins. Later, all 42 passengers from the 2 carriages left hanging in the air were evacuated. This was reported by the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations. “Due to the electrical failure, 2 carriages remained in the air, one with 15 passengers and one attendant, the other with 25 passengers and one attendant. They have all been brought down already, and they are in safe conditions,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
