Former Armenian Residents of Azerbaijan Demand to Be Invited to Negotiations by Yerevan

Aziz Alekberli, the head of the so-called “Community of Western Azerbaijan,” which unites Azerbaijanis who previously lived in Armenia, has demanded that the Armenian government begin negotiations with the structure he leads.
