Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan met with French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu in Paris. The French minister made a note about this on his social media account.
“We discussed the situation on the border with Azerbaijan, where military operations must cease and Azerbaijani forces must return to their initial positions,” he wrote.
Sébastien Lecornu also stated that during the meeting he announced the urgent dispatch of a delegation to Armenia to assess the situation.
