French Foreign Ministry Secretary of State Addresses Issue of Armenian Prisoners Held in Azerbaijan

According to Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, Secretary of State at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, they raise the issue of Armenian prisoners during conversations with the Azerbaijani authorities whenever the opportunity arises.
