“Hayastan” and “I Have Honor” Factions Appeal to Constitutional Court

The “Hayastan” and “I Have Honor” factions of the National Assembly have submitted an appeal to the Constitutional Court, challenging the constitutionality of the National Assembly’s decision of 2 August 2021 to elect Alen Simonyan as President of the National Assembly. This is reported in a statement issued by the “Hayastan” alliance. Aram Vardevanyan, a deputy of the “Hayastan” faction, will appear as representative before the Constitutional Court.
