Robert Menendez, Chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, addressed the recent tensions in Artsakh on Twitter.
“Reports that Azerbaijani forces have entered parts of Nagorno-Karabakh and have struck the region’s self-defense forces with drones are deeply concerning.
I call on Azerbaijani forces to withdraw to their initial positions and immediately cease unprovoked attacks,” he wrote.
