The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Republic of Artsakh Day. Harutyunyan congratulated the entire Armenian people, all the sisters and brothers of Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora:
“This most important state holiday we have built together, as a nation, through the combined efforts of all Armenians, through the greatest responsibility towards our homeland, the memory of our ancestors and the future of generations, through our courage and endurance. We built it while cherishing in our minds the dream of having a free, independent and happy country. Today our people are on the path to the realisation of that sacred dream. I am confident that we will traverse it successfully, because we are building, developing and defending our ancestral land, creating the necessary conditions for a dignified life for our citizens. We are doing this on behalf of ourselves and our fallen comrades—the heroic sons of our people. That is the sacred duty of us all:
