ICJ Decision on Armenia’s Case Against Azerbaijan on 7 December

The International Court of Justice of the United Nations will present its decision on Armenia’s request for the indication of provisional measures in the case of “Armenia v. Azerbaijan” on 7 December. The request in question was submitted under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. The public hearings will take place at the Peace Palace in The Hague, during which the President of the Court, Judge Joan E. Donoghue, will read the Court’s ruling. Due to the “Corona” pandemic, only the members of the Court and the representatives of the parties will be present
