Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has addressed the statistics of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Armenia.
In a post on his Facebook page, the Prime Minister stated that cautious optimism is being maintained:
“Today we have 28 new cases of the coronavirus out of 311 tests. 27 citizens have been discharged after recovery. The total number of recovered is 114, and those in hospital is 758. About 90 percent of patients do not even have a fever.
Overall, we maintain cautious optimism. If this trend continues, it means we have overcome the severe phase of the coronavirus and the peak was on 31 March,” wrote the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
