Kapan city was not struck, but the area was hit: There is one victim

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, representative of the RA Ministry of Defense and military expert, wrote: “Correction: Kapan city was not struck, but the area was hit. Shushan has already announced it. The adversary used attack drones in the direction of the rural community of Yeritsvank, as well as the Artsvanik settlement in the Kapan district of Armenia’s Syunik Province. There is one victim.” Let us recall that earlier Artsrun Hovhannisyan had written that a missile strike had been carried out on the city of Kapan.
