Ignoring the ceasefire declared for humanitarian purposes from 12:00 on 10 October, Azerbaijani units launched an attack at 12:05 in the direction of the area called “Karakhanbeyli”. This was reported by Shushan Stepanyan, press secretary of the RA Ministry of Defence.
“Artsakh Defence Army units are resorting to appropriate measures to halt the enemy’s attack,” Stepanyan stated.
