The meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian is underway in Iran. This was announced by Vahan Hunanyan, spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
The Iranian news agency “Mehr” reported in turn that a joint press conference is planned following the meeting of the foreign ministers.
The foreign ministers of the two countries had also met in New York, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
