The European Union’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, addresses on “Twitter” the meeting of Armenia’s Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and Azerbaijan’s presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev.
“I am glad that I was able to host Hikmet Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan in Brussels for the second meeting in this format,” Klaar stated.
