Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a memorandum of cooperation on 25 May on behalf of the “Free Homeland-UCA” alliance of parties he leads, together with Samvel Babayan, chairman of the “United Homeland” party.
President Harutyunyan noted that cooperation between political forces is aimed at preserving an atmosphere of solidarity in the country and exerting joint efforts around programmatic provisions.
Arayik Harutyunyan also noted that within the framework of the formed agenda, the “Free Homeland-UCA” alliance of parties is ready to cooperate with other parliamentary and extra-parliamentary forces.
In his remarks, Samvel Babayan also emphasised the idea of joint interaction, stressing that it is particularly needed to effectively confront the internal and external challenges facing the homeland.
