Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan held an online meeting on April 20th with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stephane Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (United States), as well as with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. Views were exchanged on steps to ensure the continuity of work under the current conditions. In this context, agreement was reached to organize an online meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on April 21st, mediated and with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
