My family has returned to Stepanakert, announces the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan.
“After the great trial, Artsakh will live, and, regardless of the situation created, we will surely build the future of our children.
I have also addressed a call to all those responsible in the government, so that measures are taken in the coming days towards the re-establishment of families in their homes.
We must continue to create and keep Artsakh alive,” the President noted.
