The Russian co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Igor Khovayev, has arrived in Armenia.
According to Armenpress, Igor Khovayev met in Yerevan with Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry has not yet released further details about the meeting.
Igor Khovayev visited Azerbaijan on 31 August, where he met with that country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov.
