No conscript is involved in the ongoing operations. Movses Hagopyan, head of the Military Control Service of the Ministry of Defense, stated this during a conversation with ArmLur.am.
In response to the observation that a large number of parents of conscripts are raising alarms that they cannot establish contact with their children and do not know what condition their children are in, Hagopyan said: “I can only state that the situation is under control, everything is being managed, and I urge the parents of soldiers to remain calm; no conscript is involved in the ongoing operations.”
