As of 11:00 on 9 July, a total of 30,346 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 18,000 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
At this time, 11,641 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 129,166 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 526 newly confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 573 recoveries.
14 new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths has reached 535).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reported that the deceased patients were aged 83 (male), 82 (male), 65 (female), 61 (female), 74 (female), 70 (male), 82 (male), 64 (male), 68 (female), 90 (female), 81 (male), 52 (female), 65 (male) and 63 (female). All had accompanying chronic diseases.
A further 6 deaths have been recorded in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 170.
