Number of Coronavirus Patients in Armenia Reaches 34,981

As of 11:00 on 20 July, a total of 34,981 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 23,502 have recovered. This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health. At this moment, 10,620 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 147,108 tests have been conducted. As of 11:00 on 20 July, a total of 34,981 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 23,502 have recovered.

This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

At this moment, 10,620 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 147,108 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 104 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 208 recoveries.

9 new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 650).

The RA Ministry of Health announced that the deceased patients were men aged 63, 82, 72 and women aged 63, 69, 70, 53, 71, 92, 89. All had accompanying chronic diseases.

4 more deaths were recorded in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 209.
