Number of Coronavirus Patients in Armenia Reaches 35,254

As of 11:00 on 21 July, a total of 35,254 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 24,206 have recovered. This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health. At this moment, 10,171 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 148,180 tests have been conducted. As of 11:00 on 21 July, a total of 35,254 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 24,206 have recovered.

This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

At this moment, 10,171 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 148,180 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 273 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 704 recovered patients.

12 new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 662).

The RA Ministry of Health announced that the deceased patients were men aged 75, 64, 65, 83, 80, 63 and women aged 71, 92, 94, 85, 83, 89. All had accompanying chronic diseases.

Six more deaths were recorded in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 215.
