As of 11:00 on 22 July, a total of 35,693 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 24,766 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this time, 10,032 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 149,898 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 439 newly confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 560 recoveries.
16 new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 678).
The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were aged 60 (male), 73 (male), 66 (female), 56 (female), 60 (male), 76 (male), 69 (female), 71 (male), 49 (male), 78 (male), 54 (female), 85 (female), 85 (female), 73 (male), 61 (female) and 59 (female). All had accompanying chronic diseases.
Two further deaths were recorded in which the patient had a confirmed coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 217.
