Number of Coronavirus Patients in Armenia Reaches 37,937

In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 29 July, a total of 37,937 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 27,824 have recovered. This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health. At this moment, 9,165 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 160,380 tests have been conducted. In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 29 July, a total of 37,937 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 27,824 have recovered.

This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

At this moment, 9,165 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 160,380 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 308 newly confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 467 recoveries.

Four new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 723).

The RA Ministry of Health announced that the deceased patients were an 84-year-old man and women aged 83, 64, and 68. All had accompanying chronic diseases.

Two more deaths were recorded in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 225.
