Presidential and parliamentary elections are to take place in Artsakh on 31 March, and the presence of observers from Armenia is expected. This was announced today, 26 March, by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government session.
“We already have rapid test kits for the ‘Corona’ virus today. Let us agree to cooperate with observer organisations, to understand whether the observers are from risk zones or not. If they are from risk zones, let us ask them to replace the observers. Also, before departure, let them be tested quickly, so that we are convinced that they are not infected.
Thank God, no case of the ‘Corona’ virus has been detected in Artsakh so far, although dozens of people have been tested. We must do everything so that the ‘Corona’ virus does not enter Artsakh with the observer group,” said the Prime Minister.
