On the First Anniversary of the Artsakh War, Baku Addresses Yerevan

On the first anniversary of the 44-day Artsakh war, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement speaking of its “readiness to regulate relations with Armenia.” “Azerbaijan is ready to regulate relations with Armenia on the basis of the principles of international law, particularly sovereignty, territorial integrity and the inviolability of international borders. Let us recall: in the early morning of 27 September 2020, Azerbaijan, with Turkey’s support, launched a large-scale military offensive along the entire length of the Artsakh–Azerbaijan border.
