Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan.
The leaders of Armenia and Artsakh discussed the progress of efforts aimed at overcoming the consequences of the 44-day Artsakh War.
In particular, reference was made to ensuring the return to the Homeland of Armenian prisoners of war held in Azerbaijan, the resolution of security issues, as well as the restoration of normal life in Artsakh, the improvement of infrastructure, and the progress of housing construction.
Both sides stressed that the governments of Armenia and Artsakh will invest all their efforts for the sake of Artsakh’s rebirth and future development, which will be a worthy continuation of the cause of the heroic Armenian sons who fell in the 44-day war.
