One Woman and One Child Killed in Martuni Following Azerbaijani Attack

One woman and one child were killed in the Martuni region of Artsakh as a result of the Azerbaijani attack. This was written on his Facebook page by the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan: “As a result of Azerbaijani shelling, there are casualties and wounded among the civilian population. In the Martuni region, two people were killed—one woman and one child—and there are two wounded. Data regarding the remaining settlements are being clarified. Schools were also shelled, including in Stepanakert. There is large-scale damage to civilian infrastructure in many settlements,” he wrote.
