The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has called on Armenia and Azerbaijan to resolve the issue of the Lachin corridor, the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, through dialogue, respecting human rights, according to a statement published by the organization on its Twitter page.
“Lachin corridor (Armenia/Azerbaijan): we call on the parties to resolve unresolved issues through dialogue, urgently ensure free and safe movement, protect human rights and avoid negative humanitarian impacts on the civilian population,” the statement said.
