On the occasion of Armenia’s Independence Day, the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian.
In his message, King Salman, on behalf of himself, his people and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, expressed his best wishes for good health and happiness to the President, and prosperity and progress to the friendly people of Armenia.
And the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, likewise sent a congratulatory message to President Armen Sarkissian, expressing sincere wishes for good health and happiness to the President of Armenia, and wishing the friendly people and government of Armenia further well-being and progress.
It should be noted that this is the first time that senior Saudi officials have sent such congratulations to Armenia.
