The commander of the 4th military unit, Colonel A. Budaghyan, presented the “Combat Service” medals to the parents of contract servicemen — Junior Sergeant Tigran Arzumanyan, Junior Sergeant Nver Shahbazyan, and Private Karapet Nazaryan — who were posthumously awarded state honors by the President of the Republic of Armenia for their selflessness demonstrated while performing their official duties. This was reported by the presidential press service. The unit commander expressed words of condolence and support to the relatives of the servicemen who died as a result of a snow avalanche in the Syunik Province on February 7.
