Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, together with his wife Anna Hakobyan, attended the premiere screening of the short film sketches “Cilicia: Land of Lions” at the “Kino Park” movie theater.
“Cilicia: Land of Lions” is the first and only feature film project telling the story of the Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia; it covers the kingdom’s 300-year history. The project consists of 3 film sketches that transport the audience to the Middle Ages to meet the central figures of Cilicia’s three ruling dynasties — the Rubenids, the Hethumids and the Lusignans.
The sketches were filmed in accordance with contemporary world film production standards, from the selection of weaponry and costumes to graphic and animated solutions.
