Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has hosted Armenia’s National Hero, Argentine-Armenian businessman and benefactor Eduardo Eurnekian.
The Prime Minister’s Office’s Department of Information and Public Relations reports that during the meeting Pashinyan stated: “I am glad that you are approaching the possibilities of implementing investment programs in Armenia with the same enthusiasm under the conditions of the ‘Corona’ virus and the situation created as a result of it. The previous programs implemented by you are being carried out successfully, which, of course, is gratifying for us. I am confident that this cooperation will bring more visible results to the Republic of Armenia.”
Eurnekian said that he will consistently continue investment programs in various sectors in the homeland and emphasized the close cooperation with the RA government.
The Prime Minister and the Argentine-Armenian businessman discussed the programs being carried out in Armenia by the “Armenia” International Airports CJSC. In particular, they touched upon issues related to the development, improvement of infrastructure, renovation and future operation of the Yerevan “Zvartnots” and Gyumri “Shirak” airports, which have been placed under the company’s management. The interlocutors also exchanged views on other entrepreneurial programs being carried out and planned in the near future in Armenia by companies owned by Eduardo Eurnekian.
