Negotiations between Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev are to take place in Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation, on 20 July. The Kremlin press service has issued a statement to this effect.
“An exchange of views on current regional issues is envisaged. The main focus will be on practical steps towards the implementation of the agreements of 9 November 2020 and 11 January 2021 by the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, including the resolution of problems of unblocking and developing economic and transport links,” the statement said.
