Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan, at a meeting of the council attached to the defense minister held on 5 August, ordered the destruction of Azerbaijani military personnel attempting to cross the RA border.
According to Armenpress, in particular, in his speech Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan very firmly ordered to immediately open fire and by any means destroy those Azerbaijani military personnel who attempt to cross Armenia’s border.
Moreover, he also warned that commanders in whose areas of control the Azerbaijanis advance even one centimeter will be very severely punished.
