On November 3, a reception was organized at the Armenian Embassy in the United States of America in honor of Artsakh Republic State Minister Artak Beglaryan, and a meeting was also held with Ambassador Lilit Makunts.
“The State Minister and his chief advisor David Hagopyan presented the current situation in Artsakh, the existing challenges, and the vision for the future regarding Artsakh’s development and the participation of the Diaspora. Artak Beglaryan emphasized that the expectation from the Diaspora is not so much material as it is support for the development of long-term capacities in Artsakh, with the Diaspora’s vast human resources,” the staff of the Artsakh Republic State Minister reported.
During the meeting with Armenian Ambassador Lilit Makunts, a number of issues related to the State Minister’s visit and the protection of the rights and interests of Artsakh Armenians in the United States of America were discussed.
It is noted that Artak Beglaryan also had meetings with the heads of the offices of the Armenian National Committee of America and the Armenian Assembly of America operating in Washington, presented the vision for Artsakh’s future, and discussed prospects for effective cooperation.
Artsakh Republic Permanent Representative to the United States of America Robert Avetisyan also participated in all the meetings.
