Three patients receiving treatment at the “Republican Medical Center” of the Artsakh Ministry of Health have been in serious condition for days under the supervision of local doctors, due to the blockade of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by Azerbaijan.
The Artsakh Ministry of Health announced that through the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the patients were transferred today to various specialized medical centers in the Republic of Armenia.
