Rouben Khlghatyan, former mayor of Armavir and parliamentary candidate of the “I Have Honor” alliance, has been arrested. This was announced on her Facebook page by lawyer Gayane Papoyan. “Dear citizens, I inform you that minutes ago, Rouben Khlghatyan (former mayor of Armavir), parliamentary candidate of the “I Have Honor” alliance, was arrested. We declare that the arrest bears an exclusively political persecution character. It is entirely fabricated and unlawful.
