Russian peacekeepers ensured the safe passage of more than 500 vehicles and nearly 2,000 people into Nagorno-Karabakh and in the opposite direction in a single day.
The servicemen monitor the situation around the clock and the maintenance of the ceasefire along the entire line of delimitation of Nagorno-Karabakh and at all 27 observation posts of the Lachin corridor.
All observation posts of the Russian peacekeeping contingent are equipped with fortifications designed to protect military personnel from small arms and fragments, as well as to conduct all-around surveillance of the surrounding area.
