The command of the Russian peacekeeping forces continues negotiations with the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides to unblock the Lachin corridor. According to Armenpress, this was stated in a communiqué issued by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
It was noted that no incidents of ceasefire violations were registered in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers.
Patrols were carried out in three directions: in the Martuni and Martakert districts and along the Lachin corridor.
“At thirty observation posts, Russian peacekeepers monitor the situation and the maintenance of the ceasefire regime around the clock,” the website stated.
