According to information from the Secretary of the Artsakh Republic Security Council, Samuel Babayan, ten servicemen were killed during military operations on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border. Babayan stated this during a conversation with journalists.
“According to the information I have, we have ten casualties, military personnel,” said Babayan.
