Search for Remains of Fallen Servicemen Suspended Again Today

The State Service of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh informs that search operations for the remains of fallen servicemen in territories outside Artsakh’s control have been suspended again today due to unfavorable weather conditions. It should be noted that searches were planned today in the Martuni region, in the directions of Varanda (Fizuli) and Jrakan (Jebrail). If there is no snowfall and visibility is sufficient, operations will resume tomorrow. Since the ceasefire, the total number of remains discovered to date is 1,499, of which 23 are, according to preliminary data, civilians.
